- Delivery Dates and Times: Delivery dates and times are subject to change based on transport availability. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may vary based on the destination and the size of the order. These charges will be included in the final invoice.
- Acceptance of Delivery: It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept delivery at the agreed-upon date and time. If no one is available to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect the products upon arrival and report any damages immediately.
- Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
- Incomplete Deliveries: If your order arrives incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange for the missing items to be delivered as soon as possible
- Change of Delivery Address: Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Additional charges may apply for address changes.
- Special Delivery Requirements: If there are any special requirements for delivery (e.g., restricted access, specific time windows), please inform us at the time of placing the order.
- Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, you may be required to sign a delivery confirmation form to acknowledge receipt of the products.
- Failure to Deliver: In the event that we are unable to deliver the products due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full delivery fee refund or arrange an alternative delivery date.
